A celebration of Mental Health week with Love Me Love My Mind

Epsom Mental Health Week

Saturday 5th to Saturday 12th October

This year’s Epsom Mental Health Week will be the sixteenth annual event hosted by Love Me Love My Mind. We hope that you will be able to join us as individuals, charities, local businesses, mental health and wellbeing organisations across the Borough to celebrate this year’s theme which is ‘Be Kind to your Mind’

We will be organising several activities for our local communities highlighting the below themes.

  1. Be Active – for your mental and emotional health, and wellbeing
  2. Be Mindful – Practise mindfulness, live in the present moment and look for the positives.
  3. Be Kind – Connect with others, be kind to yourself.
  4. Give to others - Perform random acts of kindness, volunteer and give to your local community.
  5. Keep Learning – Invest in your interests and hobbies.
  6. Talk kindly to yourself: Think about how you speak to your loved ones and use that voice on yourself.
  7. Practise gratitude, reflect daily, write a journal.
  8. Focus on self-care and be responsible for your wellbeing.

An outline programme for Epsom Mental Health Week 2024 is included below for your information.
