I receive a email from George @09:12 today.The information in the email was to contact him to discuss my new policy I have taken out on 29th May 2024.I call he was busy on another call a message was left for him to contact me,he return earlier than the time I was given,He discuss my policy with me and adjust anything that need to be adjusted he was very polite,easy to talk to knows alot about the products Rightsure have to offer.George have great customer service.All was sorted in less than 20 mins.Well done George!!

I contacted RightSure as I was taking out a new insurance policy. The policy had been flagged for additional checks so I called in and was connected to George. George was very helpful, he explained the quote to me and talked me through all the verification checks. The process was so quick and easy and George made sure it wasn't a cumbersome process!
