A chap called George spoke to me today. Polite person and easy to understand. The only reason for 4 stars is I did feel like I was asked a lot of questions. I know he was just doing his job to ensure everything is correct. Overall good experience. Be careful of the £90 admin fee if you change anything. I myself didn't spot this until I signed. Not needed it yet so haven't paid the amount.

Out of your control the escalating cost of car insurance cover.very easy to say “well everything is going up” but how do they justify a 250% increase in 2 years . I like many can only afford to pay increase out of savings not income .I believe the insurance companies are restoring profits lost during covid.

Arrived here on a Saturday lunchtime. Not as packed as I thought and found parking space on the 3rd level. Due to tight spacing around the one way system I would drive slowly unless you like going up on the curb to get that off road feeling and damage your wheels and tyres.

Sarah Goddard, the Sales Progressor at The Personal Agent has been a wonderful guide for us through a protracted sales and buying process. She is a brilliant professional, being able to offer constructive, proactive advice and maintaining a reassuring calmness. She went above and beyond at every stage. We can't thank Sarah enough for being on our 'team'. If we do sell our house in the future we will certainly use The Personal Agent again as the sales process undertaken by John and Ray was great and backed up by an absolute star in Sarah.
