I originally spoke to a guy called Trey who was very rude and did not want to listen to me just wanted to sting me for more money or would cancel my insurance, 1 week later I spoke to a guy called George who was complete opposite very polite, understanding and helpful, although we couldn’t sort things out, he was very reassuring of the circumstances, sometimes i don’t mind paying more if customer service make you feel comfortable but I get very angry when I’m charged more and being spoke to like a child. Thanks again George, I will be asking for you everytime I ring up
