Andrew came round to value our property and, upon our instructions to proceed, the media team came to take photos and a video and they were extremely professional and did our property justice. We pressed the button to go live with The Personal Agent and, 4 days later, we had 24 viewings booked for our open day on the Saturday. Paul Davies, our negotiator worked so hard seeing everyone and secured us 6 offers on the Monday - well done Paul!

Steve and his team carried out our plan for a rear extension brilliantly and kept us informed at all times of the progress. From the first time we met steve we found him to be extremely polite, honest with a great attention to detail. He was always on hand to give his own ideas when we needed as well as help with the admin before the works begun with the council etc. Steve's team were very friendly and always tidied up the area of works at the end of each day and took care of everything onsite, and even ensured our neighbours were not disturbed with the works. Would highly recommend!
