I’ll start by saying I am a hard to please customer, and very rarely leave reviews, as most people/companies want a great review for just doing their job to be honest. Well, that’s not the case at all with Personal Agent. The guys have been absolutely fantastic in dealing with the sale of our house, and where you actually see how good a service you get from a company is when you encounter issues - and didn’t we just! Dan, Cat and Charlotte at the Ewell office have gone above and beyond to help our sale happen, and if it weren’t for them, we would have had to start the process all over again. Thanks guys, we really appreciate everything you’ve done! :)

Chris, the branch manager at Banstead, went above and beyond in order to get our chain moving and the sale to go through. He was in regular contact, very professional at all times and keen to do anything he could to progress the sale. We’re very appreciative of his efforts.

After looking at the services they offer I contacted the advice line who gave me some great advice and subsequently helped me to resolve the dispute and get the invoice paid. It gave me peace of mind that there is professional legal advice I can call on when needed as a small business.
