Myself and my partner turned to the personal agent after numerous problems with other letting agents, Joe was fantastic. He was polite professional and showed a genuine interest and care in helping us. We eventually found our dream home and are happily moved in with no complications. Would genuinely recommend these guys to everyone.

New Company
Had no trouble in dealing with you when I was booking my insurance.
Only draw back was when was told I needed proof of "my no claims bonus", i asked my previous insurer to send proof of no claims which they did. I then emailed it on to you, and I have had no response that it was received and was ok!
I assume that it was acceptable because i would have been told my insurance was invalid, but it would have been nice just to have a response just saying thanks.

After being completely shocked with the renewal price of my car insurance, I decided although unusual, to search the internet for perhaps a better deal, it wasn't long before I was guided towards Bedford insurance, and couldn't believe the deal they were offering, to cut a long story short I ended up using Bedford Insurance and in doing so got a far better cover, at over £100-00p less, so for myself Bedford are definitely a five star company.
