Further to my previous review in which I expressed my disappointment at not having received a reply to an email which I had sent to Bedford Insurance concerning clarification of my insurance status, I have received a phone call from Bedford Insurance. I am very grateful to Bedford for having explained in the telephone call why I may not have received a reply to my email. I am now sufficiently satisfied to submit a 5 star review. Thank you Bedford Insurance.

Insured with them 3 weeks and 3 requests for me to call them URGENTLY!(so not knowing if I'm insured or not, I try to call)
Could never get through....then no call back from them even after requesting it!
Nightmare...all over no claims proof which I have time to pass on...which they don't give you.

I was looking for for alternative landlord insurance , amongst many other providers I chose Bedford Insurance who come across very professional, knowledgable of the pitfalls of this type of insurance but not pushy. as for quality? Only time will tell.....
