My policy was up for renewal, getting in touch with the renewal team was a good experience I would remember for a long time, I spoke to a representative called Mohamed Mulji, he was extremely helpful, really professional, polite, seems he was well trained for the job, employee of this type add value to the name and goodwill of the company they work for. I was really impressed.
