We needed a rental quickly due to escape of water in our house and Bradley responded straight away with 2 viewings , one the next day .. we met him , saw the property and said yes . “ you should be in in a week and a half “ I’d never believed it would happen so quickly but 10 days later we had the keys . Thank you so much personal agent .. and thank you Chris and Bradley for all your help . We couldn’t be more pleased or settled .

Adam at the Epsom branch was brilliant. We had a very long and difficult process but Adam helped us all the way through. The Personal agent are knowledgeable and really know the market. This is the third time we have sold through Personal Agent and would not hesitate to do again.

Chris Sweby has maintained good contact and updates with me. He arranged, and carried out viewings efficiently.
My main dissatisfaction is a lack of communication regarding instructions to contractors. I was not informed of visits by electrician and gas engineer. As a single elderly woman this is unsatisfactory.
The energy performance contractor contacted me but I hadn’t been advised to expect this or given a contact name. Finally I requested no board to be put up but this has been ignored. Communication between members of the team has let you down.

Callum and Chris have both been very friendly, patient and approachable from the start of the process through to key handover day! The personal agent staff have very good communication skills and always use a friendly approach- they are always available to deal with any queries and they have been very flexible. Reason for not quite reaching 5 stars - we would have really liked the the inventory for the tenants to go through and check thoroughly on the move in day, unfortunately it was not ready. Callum did his best to chase this up on that day without any luck. Thank you for all your help in securing a place to live in Epsom.
