As a widow and pensioner selling my family home I found The Personl Agent team in Banstead excellent. Spacifically, I have had the most contact from Samantha Voller who showed a great deal of kindness and patience when showing me around prospective properties and explaining the procedures and time scales involved in moving to a new home. I was dreading having to put my home on the market and having to make decisions to faciltate downsizing. Samantha showed empathy in my situation and kindness towards me which has been much appreciated. At no time have I felt pressed to make a decision and have found the whole experience thus far so much less traumatic than I had anticipated.
I am grateful for the advice given and the work undertaken on my behalf and would hapily reccommend Samantha and all the team at Personal Agent in Banstead.

Not only has it enabled us legal advice and guidance when dealing with a client who hadn't paid their invoice, it has also opened a portal of networking groups up and down the country allowing our business more reach.

It was so nice to have Martin Gibbs call me at my office to explain how to use the website and also the benefits I had access to as an FSB member to which there were many more than I realised. I would highly recommend joining the FSB as a small business, especially if people like Martin are part of it to kindly and clearly explain the process. I feel very looked after should I need it.
