As a Landlord, on first impressions myself and the joint owner were very impressed as they came across as professional and sold the service they were offering very well. Things changed quickly approaching the second week of advertising our property; we felt let down on communication, transparency and timing so decided to go with another agent.

The whole experience with Milners was fabulous, we started by having a delightful chap come to the house to measure up the carpet, he had some really sensible ideas and made us feel that he really knew what he was talking about. We then dealt with Tony Wheeler, who has to be the most patience man I know. We ordered to carpet in the Spring and due to unforeseen building difficulties, we couldn't lay the carpet until the Winter. Tony was full of understand each time I had to phone to delay things further, there was never any upset or annoyance shown, he was just sympathetic and full of understanding. The carpet has now been laid and the whole process was just great, we had 2 great guys come to the house, they were tidy and respectful and left the house feeling like a home as opposed to a building site. I could not find (not that I was looking) any fault with Milners, they were fantastic from start to finish and I cannot thank them enough for what they did for us. Thank you again, you are all wonderful!
