They provide a multitude of documentation and services for your small business to make life much easier. Anita on-boarded me and took me through a small percentage of what the FSB could for me (which is a huge number of services) and I was left feeling very re-assured.

Initially, I was pleased with the way things progressed with the sale of the property. Due to issues with the other parties solicitor, things went on a lot longer than necessary. During this time , I found the communication with The Personal Agent somewhat lacking. However, once I was able to communicate with a more senior member of staff, I found the communication to be much better and I had every faith in this Sales Negotiator acting promptly on my behalf. I was also grateful for the timely advice I received from him on how we should progress the sale when it looked like it might not go ahead.

Our dealings with the Personal Agent team in Epsom have been excellent. Bradley Snape went out of his way to secure us an early viewing and when we decided to move forward he was professional and patient with our questions. The follow up from Michelle Hobbs was equally good as has been the support from Kate Murphy since we moved in. We would thoroughly recommend this agency. They are all really easy to get on with and very quick to respond to any enquiries.

Revising the 1* “review” below following a call from Ben. It’s a tough manic market for residential buyers. There is only a limit to what can be done and on how the vendors require the applicants profiled but present day technology allows for better effective communication models than emails circulated to ALL applicants following the viewings slots being taken leading to anxiety.
Often reviews are left out of disappointment from expected service levels and not in the intention of damaging businesses. Its fantastic, our voice was heard!
