No bother at all being insured with Bedford. Very competitive policys. Was involved in an accident that wasnt my fault and bedford was excellent with the support and sorting out recovery of my totalled 4x4. Only downfall was the solicitors I was supplied with as they was utter rubbish. All in all tho I was very happy with my time insured with Bedford. Unfortunately they couldn't compete with my renewal tho so I had to leave.

We are generally happy with Bedford. When I renewed in 2019 I had asked that as my Spouse was retired, his profession should be removed and replaced with Retired. This was not done, so when I renewed this year 2020 I requested the same. When the documents arrived the update has still not been done. I would have assumed our renewal would possibly have been less as we are both retired. Look forward to 2021 renewal.

As shopping centres go it is fairly small and basic, access to the carpark is convenient although sometimes there is a wait for the lifts. The toilets are kept in good condition and there is a baby changing area.
The selection of shops is respectable, good enough for your average needs and you can still find something special. It is not able to compete with some of the bigger shopping malls but for its size it certainly covers the bases.
One thing that does irk me a bit is that they let 'armed forces' charities in to 'fund raise' when these charities are quite dubious. Don't get me wrong, I support our armed forces fully, but some of these charities I see selling tickets in the Ashley Centre are easily searched online and found to have questions around them.
