My experience with the Personal Agent was really great - the team were knowledgeable and professional and replied to emails quickly. They coped well with the coronavirus pandemic. However, I would have preferred a heads up that there would be so many different people dealing with my purchase across the different stages. This wasn't an issue but took some getting used to!

Very recently had a huge problem with a leak in my property, Katie was outstanding, especially during the pandemic we are still going through.
