Further to my previous review in which I expressed my disappointment at not having received a reply to an email which I had sent to Bedford Insurance concerning clarification of my insurance status, I have received a phone call from Bedford Insurance. I am very grateful to Bedford for having explained in the telephone call why I may not have received a reply to my email. I am now sufficiently satisfied to submit a 5 star review. Insured with them 3 weeks and 3 requests for me to call them URGENTLY!(so not knowing if I'm insured or not, I try to call)
Could never get through....then no call back from them even after requesting it!
Nightmare...all over no claims proof which I have time to pass on...which they don't give you.

Been insured with Bedford for the past couple of years and have to say one of the best insurance companies to deal with. They are very responsive , very professional and very competitive, they take all the stress away from dealing with insurance.
