The personal agent were brilliant with communication through every step of my tenancy. They would always email in the first instance and follow up with a phone call a few hours later in case I missed an email. All staff at the office were polite and pleasant, and wanted to help as much as possible even if the person I was after wasn’t around. Bradley was very accommodating when booking in my viewing, and was very excited to rent out the property to me. He stayed late the evening I applied to rent the flat in order to confirm it that same night so I didn’t have to wait till the next day. I will definitely reach out to the personal agent to rent in the future, and recommend to friends and family.

In January 2024, Val Tull said about Bourne Hall
Beautiful Gardens and lake to walk around which is partially being tidied up, therefore at the moment only an area of gardens is available, still a lovely walk around , go out onto the street & follow the wall to another little lake for the birds to visit.
There is also a Bourne Hall building which holds lots of different classes, talks and a small Cafe. I believe it might be a wedding venue.
Re-Visited Bourne Hall today 9/10/23
Visitors were able to enjoy a coffee on the new cafe decking looking out over the garden & lake as they sit in October sunshine. All work is complete. Reccomend a visit, we met some lovely people.

Bourne Hall.is becoming one of our favorite areas to walk our dog. After all the renovations new seats were built and errected on path outside Cafe, I also noticed a play area for nursery children or a nursery, am not sure. The seats are an asset, decorative and purposeful. Once again we met some lovely parents and children greeting our dog and us. Lovely area and Bourne Hall itself was busy maybe with a recreation class. Lots of people going in and out. Still plenty parking. We reccomend a visit.

I would highly recommend this practice. I needed some quite complicated dental work and Alan was great to deal with from the outset, explaining what could realistically be achieved. Chris contacted in a timely way, informed me of the plan and situation (tenant moving on and placing out to secure future tenant/s) and this was done very efficiently and in a warm and friendly way. He kept me up to date immediately after people viewed and presented options in an open and honest way and kept me update to next steps.
