There are still a couple of tables left for ‘Trivia with Tarrant’ a wonderful quiz night on Saturday 24 March, hosted by Princess Alice Hospice Patron and star of ‘Who Wants to be a Millionaire’ Chris Tarrant in aid of this vital local cause.
The event at Holiday Inn - Kingston South, on the Portsmouth Road is set to play to two hundred guests as they enjoy a night of food, drinks, fun and most importantly fundraising. The team at Holiday Inn have generously donated the venue and have got the prize fund off to a great start with the donation of an overnight stay at the hotel to go with Bollinger champagne, luxury cosmetics, dinner for two at local restaurants, cinema tickets and afternoon tea at Four Seasons, Park Lane, London.
The charity is also organising an auction on the night with a £400 Crème de la Mer goodie box, a tour around the Millionaire studios with the opportunity to watch a celebrity recording of the show, a week in a villa that sleeps 12 in the south of France and a tour of the THIS MORNING studios donated by celebrity couple Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford. Hospice supporter DJ David ‘Kid’ Jensen will be acting as auctioneer and hoping to get the guests to part with cash, with Barclays Bank staff from Esher and Kingston supporting and hoping to secure match funding from their company to the tune of £1,000!
Tickets are £35 per person and include a fish and chip supper. The bar opens at 7pm for a 7:30pm start. Tables can be bought, in groups of ten, smaller groups or individually. Come along and will you match you up to make a team of ten. Meet new people and have a great night whilst raising money for a vital local charity.
