Wychavon District Council have accepted Evesham VECTA committee request to heavily reduce Car Parking Charges in Evesham at 3 Short Stay Car Parks. These Evesham short stay car parks are Chapel Street, Merstow Green and Oat Street. The discounted Car Parking price of 10p for 3 hours is available until Tuesday 29th June 2010.
In order to help Local Businesses during the High Street Enhancement, Worcestershire County Council will be funding this Evesham Car Parking initiative. The Car Parking Scheme is a great offer to let people spend more time in Evesham and that the Town is open for Business.
The VECTA Commitee and Local Evesham Businesses are really pleased to get this positive result from the Council and once the Re-development has been completed, Evesham will be an ideal place to visit.
