My husband and I have been going to Let’s Talk Mobiles for many years now but as we get older, mobile phones get more complicated to understand. Troy has been there for us every step of the way. We have just updated our phones again and he made sure we were happy with our purchases. He spent a long time with us and set up our new phones so they were all ready to go! Is there anything he doesn’t know about mobiles? We wouldn’t go anywhere else now and we know if we have a problem, he is there to sort it out. Can’t recommend him enough!

Just had my wife’s iPhone 7 repaired. Phone fixed, new battery installed all for a VERY reasonable price while I waited. Friendly, professional and knowledgable service with a smile. Oh if only all retailers could be like this, very refreshing in this day and age. So many companies go on about great customer service but simply don’t know what it is or how to deliver. This is my second visit to LETS TALK MOBILES as I needed a battery in my old iPhone 5s. I thoroughly recommend ‘Let’s Talk Mobiles’. Has to be a FIVE STAR rating.

Excellent customer service & sound advice. Troy was really helpful when I was looking to buy a new iPhone, he gave us honest advice about which was the best model to go for & why, then when the model I got didn't work properly he got straight on the phone to his supplier, asked for the same model of a similar quality (it was refurbished) and got it delivered for the next day. He then helped to set it up in shop to make sure the new phone was working properly. They also offer a 12 month guarantee which is really useful. Really lovely people & clear to see that they care about all of their customers.
