Exeter Chiefs and footwear brand Chatham are teaming up to take promotional merchandise in to a new direction for fans of the Devon club.
Tapping in to the trend for VIP collaborations more commonly found on the high street, the exclusive ‘Chiefs x Chatham’ men’s and women’s deck shoes mirror the off-duty style favoured by the team’s younger players.
Eschewing the replica kit approach which typically sees fans emblazoned with sponsors’ logos, the Chiefs x Chatham deck provide fans with a wearable day-to-day footwear option, long after match day is over.
The co-branded leather footwear is modelled on the signature deck shoe style for which Chatham already has a cult following. As befits the Devon duo, the shoes are designed in Exeter and will retail solely at the Trading Post at Sandy Park and online at exeterchiefs.co.uk/shop.
