I'm an exercise enthusiast and have IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). This means I have to be very careful about what I eat and when. I am also preparing for a triathlon which also means I need be doubly sure I get sufficient nutrients and carbohydrates so I get the best out of my training sessions.
So I need all the energy I can muster in order to prepare for the more intense training sessions.
