Label 1 is a new production unit within Shiver (part of ITV Studios). Their founders, Simon Dickson and Lorraine Charker-Phillips, have been behind some of the country's most popular and successful factual television, including One Born Every Minute, 24 Hours in A&E and First Dates.
The format of the programme is very simple. It follows the interview process for real jobs being offered by real employers, using multiple cameras to capture the excitement and drama of the interview from both sides of the table.
Label 1 are looking to speak to local employers who are passionate about their work and about finding the right candidate for their company: whether they are a high street shop owner or a rapidly expanding start-up, a family business or a bigger corporate organisation.
