This will be a fantastic opportunity for the students to gain experience working in a real commercial kitchen and restaurant, working alongside the Head Chef of The White Hart, Anuj Thakur. Hospitality and Catering lecturers will also be on hand to ensure that students produce an exceptional standard of food with high quality presentation, putting the culinary skills they have learnt so far into practice.
The event will be offering students the chance to showcase their skills and deliver a dining experience to a new audience, after perfecting their talents at the College's own training restaurant, Horizons. The work experience and employability skills they'll gain will be invaluable to their professional development, and Dartington Hall have expressed their pleasure in being able to support the event and strengthen their relationship with the College.

These events offer a perfect platform to assist with the student’s growth as individuals and provide an opportunity to induct them into a real life working environment.
