Using our brand new Mercedes Sprinter C314 XLWB he did a quick day trip from Exeter to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Ayre and back via the Lake District dropping off bespoke beds and mattresses to discerning customers.
We understand that companies like Naturalmat have invested time, money and energy into developing their unique product; and we take that seriously.
We pride ourselves on reflecting that to our customer's customer!
To your customer, nothing is too much trouble. Mike not only constructs the specially selected or bespoke designed bed in the bedroom using the training he has been given, but, if agreed with Naturalmat ahead, we remove the old mattress etc and dispose of it legally.
Time Critical work closely and tirelessly with Naturalmat to ensure that their discerning customers are satisfied with their high quality purchase, and we frequently receive positive feedback.
Recently, having delivered and constructed a number of beds to a family home in London during half-term, the drivers were touched to receive a snack bag of goodies from the children which included banana bread baked by the daughter!
