Many thanks to Steph and her team for everything they did to make the time before and after the Thanksgiving Service for my sister so special; from the welcome hot drinks etc. for those who had travelled on a cold morning to the lovely buffet afterwards. We cant thank Steph and her team enough for doing a fantastic job for our wedding BBQ last week. The food, service and attention to detail was amazing, and all of our guests commented on the high standard. They really helped to make our day perfect. The staff were so lovely, and really helped everyone to relax and enjoy the day. We will definately be using them again, and would recommend that anyone considering a caterer for any event - pick Haly catering! You wont be disappointed!

We were delighted to ask Steph and her crew back to cater for us for two parties on our big party weekend to celebrate our 60th birthdays. Steph was well organised as usual and produced mouth-watering food for both parties, exactly what I had chosen. She produced goodies which fitted with our Moroccan theme for our first party, but was equally good at the food required for our more traditional Sunday party. In all she managed to cook for about 120 people with the greatest of ease and nothing was too much trouble for her or any of her staff. Highly recommended!

I cannot speak to highly of Haly Catering. Stephanie and her team excelled themselves in delivering a first class quality service with the greatest efficiency. The attention to detail was excellent and the quality and presentation of the food was superb. The staff were unobtrusive but were always there to ensure everyone was served and all plates, glasses and cups cleared away. Stephanie's management of the catering arrangements was of the highest professional order and was a major factor in contributing to the success of the day. I would thoroughly recommend Haly Catering as the first choice of caterers for any occassion.

Steph and her team from Haly Catering Services catered for my 60th birthday "do". I was very pleasantly surprised that they were far superior to my high expectations of a commercial caterer. The food was, apart from being well prepared, very tasty and varied, and represented very good value. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in either reccommending them or using them again for my next "milestone" occasion. All my guests were also suitably impressed.

Stephanie did the catering for my brother's 60th birthday party last weekend. She and all her staff were really charming and willing, and put themselves out to please in every way. The food was delicious - I particularly liked the chocolate cheesecake and the brie and mango canapes! Thoroughly recommended.

Haly Catering Services provide delicious meals at a very competetive price. Our annual club dinner for some eighty people was catered for without any difficulty, even though there were a few unavoidable last minute changes. Special dietry requirements were no problem and the whole event went without a hitch. There were many complimentary comments from the members and guests following the dinner. We had no hesitation in asking Stephanie and her team to cater for us again this year.

Haly catering did our wedding breakfast in June 2010 and it was superb. The food was fantastic - beyond our expecctations, steph and her team did a wonderful job and the service was great too. I love using Stephanie and her team; she is always there to help and we have now used her 4 times for private parties, our 25th wedding anniversary and 2 special birthdays..each time she and her staff have been excellent and very professional. I really wouldn't go elsewhere now. The price is always fair and very reasonable and her food is excellent, and freshly made.

Steph Haly and her team catered for our daughter's wedding in July this year. We had a hot fork buffet for just over 100 guests during the day and a buffet for approx 150 in the evening. Steph was extremely helpful and well organised. She talked us through the day, so that we got everything in the right order. Her team were courteous and nothing was too much trouble. There was plenty of good food and we would definitely recommend this company

After being let down by the in-house catering staff at the venue for my Daughters evening Wedding Reception, we contacted Steph at Haly Catering Services. We had known Steph in her previous life as a Catering Manager. What a service she provided, the food was both superb and plentiful. Everyone who attended the event commented about the high standard. Having used Haly Catering for several events we have run, each one has been excellent and of the highest professional standard. Whether catering for 20 or 80, the food has been appropriate, well-prepared, well-served and at a great price. They are flexible and accommodating, offering good advice and excellent value for money.
