As a new business I had no idea where to start! I was dreading all the financial side of things. I am so thankful to Emily. She was helpful, friendly and easy to talk to and I felt at ease asking lots of stupid questions! An accountant who does what she says she will and I loved the fixed fee so I know what I'm paying. She always does what she says she will and doesn't charge for phone calls or meetings. A great service which is hard to beat on price and personal service - I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Having worked for large companies in the past, my exposure to Accountants were that they seemed quite stern and unapproachable. During my first meeting with Paul and Emily at Branston Adams this pre-conception changed – they spent time listening to our needs, making suggestions and giving some great advice. We had had great recommendations about them too so asked them to become our Accountants. We have been working together now for two months and my initial opinion of how great they are has only been reinforced, Emily is brilliant whenever I speak to her she offers informed clear advice nothing is too much trouble, she is extremely professional and that coupled with her friendly approach is a winning combination!
