What's your most popular service?
My most popular treatment is IPL using the Energist System, for permanent hair removal, skin rejuvenation, removal of pigmentation marks and thread veins ( face & body) and acne. This is an amazing treatment giving fantastic results!
However, I also love my holistic hands- on treatments and specialise in aromatherapy, hot stone massage and reiki. Apart from making my clients feel better, they de-stress me too!
I qualified as a therapist aged 28, after 10 years in publishing sales. My year at Champneys College was one of the best years of my life as I found the career I was meant to be working in, and I have never looked back. I am happiest treating my clients and have returned to my roots in May this year and opened Queen Bee in the Woods beauty salon in The Sands, Farnham.
I am also a distributor of beauty products, Queen Bee Spa Supplies, and really enjoy teaching other beauty therapists the art of Intimate Waxing.
My guilty pleasure is relaxing at the end of the day with a G&T in my hot tub!
What's your favourite film?
I don’t tend to watch many films, but I did really enjoy A Beautiful Mind and A Good Year – Russell Crowe, and I love James Bond!!
Pets? Family?
I have 2 fluffy pussycats who are more challenging than they should be, and a very supportive husband in my business, and social life! My roadie when I’m singing!
Hobbies?
Singing and music is a huge part of my life. I love performing, singing at weddings and events, but also with my choir, Phoenix Choir, which I help to run with my fellow singing buddies and our fab MD, Yulia Hauer. We are always looking for new members – www.phoenixchoir.co.uk.
And finally...If you could have anyone who reads this call you in the next 10 minutes, who or what type of business/person would it be?
A rugby/ football team to massage and wax would be fab, thank you!!
