Farnham residents, clubs and schools celebrate the success of our local sportsmen and women at the Surrey local and county sports awards. The awards recognise dedication, commitment and sporting achievements of our athletes, coaches, clubs, teams and the many volunteers involved in sport in our area.
Nominations are now open for the local borough and sports councils award ceremonies, held during October 2011. Winners are then submitted to the next level - the Surrey Sports Awards, to compete for county trophies which are presented at a prestigious ceremony hosted by Active Surrey. Some winners are then even entered into regional and national awards!
