Former Royal Marine Tom Wyles runs fantastically diverse group fitness classes 4 times a week in Farnham Park. The real clincher is that he manages to keep everyone happy (and shattered!) in every session - from fitness newcomers to seasoned athletes.
If you're simply looking to lose some weight and tone up, this is the way to do it. Similarly, if you want to train for an upcoming marathon or triathlon and need a fitness boost, you'll get it here.
I'm willing to admit I was horribly out of shape when I first started but, encouraged every step of the way by Tom, I've found myself addicted to the fitness bug - and am even signed up for a sprint distance triathlon in the summer!
Give it a go - you'll surprise yourself.
