Can anyone tell me why I'm still driving my children from Dunfermline to Burntisland so they can go for a swim in the School holidays? What's that? The Carnegie Centre's closed??? Again!!!
Now don't get me wrong my children love the pool at Burntisland but it has been disappointing that we have been unable to use the new pool at Dunfermline during the holidays due to it being closed for maintenance. Apparently it was closed for snagging work after the refurbishment.
It just seems a shame that that children of Dunfermline have been without a swimming pool for so long and almost as soon as it opens again they close it during a School holiday, please Fife Council, have a heart!
