More than 400 people have turned out to take part in this year’s Fleet Sprint Triathlon.
Contenders came to swim, cycle and sprint their way to the finish line at the event held at Hart Leisure Centre on Monday (7th May).
This year, hosts Everyone Active and Hart District Council teamed up with new headline sponsor, Optimum Performance Sports Injury Clinic, to run the 24th annual event.
Competitors kicked off the race with a 400m swim, followed by a 20km bike ride and a 5km cross-country run. Andrew Grenville finished top in the adult male category with a time of 54 minutes 33 seconds, while Hannah Kitchen was the fastest women on the day, crossing the line in 57 minutes 39 seconds.
