WOW what a weekend of events we've got coming up, you are going to be spoilt for choice!!! Don’t forget it's the end of Paint Fleet Pink Week and what a great week it has been so far, from Choirs to fashion shows, and more to come over the weekend.

Friday 16^th October 

• Hartley Witney Country Market – This market is held every Friday at the Women’s Institute building, you can purchase fresh preserves and homemade items using the freshest ingredients.
• Friday evening brings you the family Disco Skate at the Harlington, from 6pm till 9.30pm you can skate till you drop (not too often hopefully) with an onsite bar, you purchase your tickets at the door for £6 – Too much fun to miss!
• Paint Fleet Pink Week brings you another fun evening in aid of raising vital funds for the Breast Care Centre in Frimley Park, are you up for a giggle and test your knowledge? If yes then come and join in, quiz and supper night with De Havilland’s quiz mistress Amy, at All Saint’s Church Hall. £10 includes your supper.

Saturday 17^th October

• Fleet weekly market at the Gurkha Square car park from 9am – 1pm
• Buy your tickets for the Fleet Lions Firework Fiesta who will be in the Hart Centre on Saturday selling tickets to their popular fireworks event, you can get your family fast track tickets for £14 2 adults 2 children.
• OxJam Aldershot Takeover – This music event is taking place across Aldershot, in aid of raising funds and awareness to world poverty, the event starts at 12pm till late, tickets are £8 with access to all venues.
• Oktoberfest – Joing the Sirius Lions in Crondall to celebrate Oktoberfest, raising money for Riding for the disabled, sample traditional German Meal, a German oompah band, and a selection of real ales, lager and wine with prizes for the best fancy dress.

 Sunday 18^th October

• Fungi Walk, being held at Odiham Common at a cost of £3.50 per person, you’ll be introduced to the lifecycle of fungi, find out how it benefits the environment and how to identify different species.  Booking in advance is required.
• For Paint Fleet Pink Week, Ewshot Riding Club have Clear ground jumping, from 10am – raising funds for Breast Care at Frimley Park Hospital.

And looking a little further ahead

• On the 20^th October Fleet Jazz Club presents an evening of Jazz, join them on the 3^rd Tuesday of the month at The Harlington.
• If you're nearing retirement or have recently retired there's a retirement workshop at Guildford Library to help with retirement planning.
• On 25^th October get your running shoes on for Fleet's annual 10k event. Entries are now closed as the event is fulll but you can cheer the runners along Fleet Road, Elvetham Road and Reading Road North.
