Founded in 2005, Hart Gymnastics Club has been providing squad and recreational gymnastics for children in Fleet and surrounding areas for many years.
daughter started gymnastics I began helping at her gymnastics club going on to train as a Head coach. I have been coaching since 1994, working at various clubs in the area.
I have been running Hart Gymnastics Club since 2005. I love the children - who work so hard and always make me smile - and and our coaches for their dedication to the sport. Hart Gymnastics is a friendly fun place to train.
Hart offers two types of gymnastics
- Squad gymnastics for talented gymnasts who have the ability to excel in gymnastics. They train for between 4 and 7 hours a week depending on their age and compete regulalry in competitions. Hart Gymnastics offers both artistic and sports aerobic gymnastics.
- Recreational gymnastics for 1 hour a week focusing on basic gymnastics skills and having fun. All gymnasts work towards British Gymnastics (BAGA) Proficiency Awards.
Debbie the founder has been a gymnastics coach since 1994 and founded Hart Gymnastics in 2005.
From September 2016 Hart Gymnastics will move to its new location in Calthorpe Park School.
