Neil at Precise Mortgages came very highly recommended, and straight off the bat I could see why this was; from our first conversation Neil was extremely approachable, informative, and forthcoming with information and advice. He is extremely knowledgeable, and is experienced with all scenarios. He was able to help me both when I needed to squeeze a little more out of my mortgage, but also when I was looking to make an offer on a property with an unusual Freehold situation.
I have no hesitation in recommending Neil and Precise Mortgages to anyone. He is both responsive and proactive. I would not consider using anyone else's services in the future; he took every ounce of stress out of finding a mortgage.
