Located right beside The Basingstoke Canal and at the junction of both footpaths and local roads, this is a great Pub, open fire, friendly staff, good food, great service at a good price ...what more can you ask for? .oh yes well kept ales and beers, good wines and a welcoming, fun atmosphere... Sunday lunches are a delight and every function great value - having the cricket pitch and field is also great for Marquees etc and bigger functions. Highly recommended but be warned ..it can be habit forming!

Simply carpets fitted our bathroom floor last year and we were very happy so went back to them to fit flooring and carpet in our hall, kitchen, utility and family room in February. Everyone I dealt with were friendly, knowledgable and really helpful. The flooring and carpets look amazing. I would highly recommend them and will definitely go back for any future carpets.
