My strength, endurance and power have all increased along with my ability to confidently and safely cut weight for competition through a healthy and cost effective nutrition regime. I would recommend Nick Chapman and 'Fight-Science' to anyone whether they be at a beginner or advanced level, Nick is an extremely professional and highly motivated trainer.
