Because they are installers as well as retailers, they can make informed choices about which stoves they sell. All of their stoves install well, perform well, provide good value for money and benefit from good manufacturer after sales service. If a stove doesn’t tick all of those boxes, they don’t sell it! Should you choose a stove they don’t prefer to stock they may be reluctant or even refuse to install it.
