Your own staff gave us useful advice on our visit to your site, giving us a very good idea of what we needed for the job. Dean and the team at DBS Fencing then took on our quite complex brief, for a long fence with adjacent hard landscaping. My wife and I are very happy with the end result and would recommend yourselves and DBS to any friend seeking advice. Thank you all, very much.

Not only were you incredibly friendly when we arrived, you were then helpful and knowledgeable. After deciding on the fencing we wanted you then gave us a competitive quote which we will be following up. Then…yesterday morning on of your drivers actually let me out of my drive which is unheard of!!! Nobody ever lets me out in the morning. I was so befuddled by the gesture that I had to wave him on. What a great company, service and employees.

I would like to congratulate you on the performance of you team at Cheltenham Fencing. I am an ordinary member of the public who wanted a replacement gate for my son’s garden. On my first visit to the company I met a really friendly older man who went through all the options with me. I then spoke to my son and referred him to your website. On my next visit I dealt with Graham, he could not have been more helpful, again he advised me on fittings and other details and at no time did he treat me like an amateur (which I am). Yesterday I phoned to check on the progress of my order which was not really due for another week, I was very happy to hear that the gate had arrived and even happier when it was delivered with all the fittings at 9.00 this morning. I have never written a letter of congratulations before, but dealing with your staff at Cheltenham was a real pleasure and I felt I should say so.
