We moved our business accountancy to David White at Charterhouse Accountants because at the free initial meeting we had with him he impressed us with his advice about how to be tax efficient - but importantly fully compliant with HMRC. I would highly recommend David because he is always contactable and takes time to explain things clearly. I am so pleased we chose David as we sleep well knowing all our accounts and tax affairs are absolutely in safe hands.

We had used the services of John Brown at Whittenbury some 15 years before Charterhouse came into being. John Brown came to us by personal recommendation. We had been using another company but felt they were rather too large and impersonal (and very expensive). When John retired, and Whittenbury became Charterhouse, we stayed with them because key personnel remained working on our business, and also because we had met David White and felt that we could enjoy a good working relationship with him, feeling confident that the high standard of service we had become accustomed to would be maintained. I would recommend Charterhouse to others because Charterhouse have delivered the service we require from an accountant. They are efficient and friendly and have always met deadlines. We found Charterhouse through an internet search for accountants in our local area to serve the needs of our business. The choice to use Charterhouse as our accountants was made after meeting with David White in Beaconsfield. He was very professional and able to offer help from background teams for all areas such as payroll, book-keeping etc. Our experience has been excellent for the past 18 months in taking us on and maintaining our accounts. Charterhouse accountants in Beaconsfield were recommended to me by a business colleague. My colleague recommended them for their high level of service and after consultation I decided to use them for my own business. Charterhouse has acted as our Company Secretary for many years now, and carries out all the necessary procedures accurately and in good time. They also provide us with an excellent annual audit service (ours is a small company). They are very good at client communications, using clear language in their letters to explain what can be quite complex matters. I was a client of Whittenbury's for several years before they became part of Charterhouse, and was originally recommended to use them by the Nat West Bank in Beaconsfield. My experience with Charterhouse has been very good. They are a delightful team of people who have put themselves out to support myself and my company’s activities. The team lead by David White is always there to discuss ideas on different ways to improve our company’s performance. They have provided a very high standard of service which is flexible to meet the diversity of our needs. I first heard about Charterhouse on recommendation from Charles Alexander of Jazzwise. It was a good recommendation, and Charterhouse offers the services I need. I would certainly recommend this firm of accountants to others, without hesitation. The main reason I would recommend them is that I'm happy with their service.
