Mum is over the moon with Gwen! She can't wait until she sees her again next week! Mum spent over an hour on the phone last night singing her praises to me! We couldn't be more delighted. I am writing to you to say thank you to you and all of your team for the care and support you have given my mother over the last few months. The care has been of a quality that has been outstanding in the true sense of the word. My mum would not have coped at home without the real care and support you have given her. Babs thank you for your calming words when my Mum has been distressed. Karen for stepping in, in a crisis, and Luceen for her energy especially in the garden. You have all given my mum a real quality of life.
