A leading Bucks charity has revealed its new name and look in preparation for the opening of its £4.8 million hospice later this year.
South Bucks Hospice will now become known as The South Bucks Community Hospice, and its pioneering new building will be called Butterfly House.
Charity Chief Executive Jo Woolf explained: “We are becoming one charity at one location in our new building and now feels like the right time to move our name and image forward. Our new building is state-of-the-art and our facilities there will shape the services we can offer in the future.”
“We have added community to our name as we are a community organisation. We exist for and because of our community.”
