The course is 2.5hrs long and includes various healthy dishes that you will cook on the day and then lots of recipes to take away with you as well. After the course ends you will then get to sit down and try the food you have just made.
All the recipes designed and taught by Celebrity Chefs Giancarlo & Katie Caldesi. Giancarlo and Katie had a television series entitled "Return to Tuscany" which was aired on BBC2 and accompanied the book of the same name. After the series Katie and Giancarlo have become regulars on Market Kitchen, BBC Masterchef, BBC Breakfast and more recently Saturday Kitchen. We offer this cookery course taught by these two masters of the trade and it has proved exceptionally popular with guests staying at the retreat on one of our residential fitness camps and with outside guests and is often the HIGHLIGHT of their stay for our residential guests. Not only is it educational and you go away with lots of new recipes but it's also fun and encourages you to want to start cooking your own meals by showing you how EASY it can be.
