We are delighted with our new cloakroom and bathroom which have been installed by Viv Vickery. Viv has done a brilliant job on both rooms giving 100% every day to our project which was on a tight schedule often staying late to get it done. We have had many tradesmen in our home over the years and he is definitely the best of the lot. We will certainly use him when we change our kitchen.

Bikini Bathrooms were recommended to us by work colleagues who had used them previously. The initial visit captured all our requirements, Mick the fitter listened to the improvements we wanted making suggestions for extra storage and flooring ideas - whilst remaining customer focused. The visit to the showroom to view the proposed bathroom furniture and fixtures, gave us the chance to discuss our installation with Lisa who was able to make some great suggestions on tile and floor options, co - ordinations colour schemes, taking the time to ensure our requirements were listened to and fully met, we had plenty of time to choose fittings and never felt rushed into making a decision. Mick (Armscroft Services) completed the installation, Mick was great Polite, professional, tidy, experienced, adaptable, understanding. We are really pleased with the result - it has transformed our old bathroom into a bright and functional space. I can highly recommend the services of Bikini Bathrooms the whole team were friendly and ensured we were kept fully updated with installation dates and thank you Mick for your exceptional workmanship.

We have just had a new kitchen designed and fitted by Bikini Bathrooms. We would like to thank both Brendon and Shaine for their help and advice in the design of the kitchen, they understood our needs and budget and didn't try push items that we did not need. Shaine is a very professional, dedicated kitchen fitter who takes pride in the work that he does. The level of finish that he achieves is first class. Just a quick note to say how delighted we are with our newly fitted shower enclosure, which was installed by Viv Vickery last week.

We were recommended Bikini Bathrooms by some friends who had used them before. From start to finish, we were impressed and comforatble with their approach. The initial visit captured all my requirements and Andy took on board my improvements to the bathroom layout. The subsequent visit to the showroom to view the proposed bathroom furniture and fixtures, gave us the chance to discuss our installation and make some minor changes - all done with the customers best interests and with plenty of time to choose different options. The actual installation was undertaken by Andy from A & E Installatios - Andy was great !! Polite, professional, tidy, experienced, adaptable, understanding - what else can I say. We are really pleased with the result - it has transformed our old bathroom into a bright and functional space. Bikini Bathrooms offer a first class service at every stage from initial advice through installation and after sale service. Friendly and professional showroom staff give excellent advice based on a wide knowledge and experience of their products. What can I say - professional, understanding and a very good quality of workmanship throughout the engagement. You don't need to know exactly what you want as Anne is very knowledgeable and a great help when it comes to suggesting what works and what does not, she also has the patience of a saint. From start to finish you are kept up to date with changes and costs. When it comes to the actual fitting (we had 2 bathrooms modernised) the fitter (Tam in this case) makes no assumptions and spends time talking through what you want and what will work best. Tam is very good at his job - professional and keeps his work areas clean and tidy. I recommend Bikini bathrooms to anyone who wants a good job well done. Thank you.

In seeking a specialist bathroom fitting company I was prompted to pay a visit to Bikini Bathrooms by the strength of the testimonials on the ‘bestofgloucester’ website. The comprehensive displays of bathroom layouts and associated fittings in their Gloucester showroom, coupled with the willingness on the part of the staff to offer sound professional advice, made the process of determining a potential bathroom layout so much easier than it might otherwise have been. Moreover, though we spent a long time looking around on our initial visit, and were accompanied by a member of staff for most of that period, we never felt pressured to make decisions and realized that this family-run business placed customer service high on their list of priorities. Following a visit to our home by Keith, and what an excellent idea that the surveyor and fitter are one and the same person, our ideas were translated into the art of the possible and we received a proposal/estimate that fulfilled all our requirements. Subsequent changes in specific requirements, initiated by us, were accommodated with ease. When it came to carrying out the practical work, Keith was superb and proved to be every bit as good a craftsman as he was in offering us advice during his initial visit. In addition to being an industrious and tidy worker, he was good company, made light of the inevitable problems that arise in a major bathroom refurbishment and, most importantly, produced a finished product of the very highest quality. If you are thinking of refurbishing a bathroom, Bikini Bathrooms will not disappoint.

Our bathroom was in need of a total make over and we turned to Bikini Bathrooms to undertake the work. We were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble and they made useful and helpful suggestions from the start. The design is of course only the start and after Andy from A&E installations made his first call to quote for the work I realised that we had by chance chosen well. Work started promptly and everything supplied was expertly fitted by Andy who is a real craftsman who takes pride in all that he does. Nothing was too much trouble and we are absolutely delighted with the finished results. The bathroom is superb and we cannot thank both Bikini Bathrooms and Andrew Earney of A & E Installations enough for a job extremely well done, we would not hesitate to recommend them both.
