SOME FOOD SAFETY TIPS:
When taking food off the grill, ALWAYS use a clean plate to put the cooked meat on. NEVER use the same platter that held raw meat!!
Also, when preparing dishes like chicken or cooked meat salads, use chilled ingredients. In other words, make sure the meat has been cooked and chilled before it gets mixed with other salad ingredients. This stops the salad leaves wilting.
