Local politicans are currently looking for a number of local people to become volunteer 'winter wardens'. This means they are given a small ammount of salt by Gloucestershire Highways and become responsible for putting down on a small stech of road during icy or snowy weather. These roads are not main routes which are gritted by Gloucestershire Highways can become difficult for local people. If you would like to be a winter warden pease contact County Councillor David Brown.
