Cabinet minister Ed Miliband has become the latest politician to fall prey to a Twitter scam that sees sexually explicit messages sent from MPs' accounts.
"Hey, I've been having better sex and longer with this here," a message from the Energy and Climate Change Secretary's account said, accompanied by a web address.
Two hours later, he posted: "Oh dear it seems like I've fallen victim to Twitter's latest 'phishing' scam."
Mr Miliband is the latest MP to have been affected by the attack, which sends inappropriate messages to followers, often of a sexual nature.
Wardour Security Networks in Grantham has the answer - some free offers for businesses who use their own email Server with a free hosted mail scanning trial called IHMS from Trend Micro where you can lose 99% of spam. When I spoke to Simon of Wardour, he said, ‘It’s that good I use it myself’
As a hosted Software Service (SaaS) solution, Trend Micro's InterScan Messaging Hosted Security (IMHS) is extremely easy and cost-effective to deploy and use – with no installation, no hardware and no maintenance.
Rated top-class for anti-spam in independent benchmarking, IMHS almost instantly saves you time AND increases productivity:
The great thing is that it stops 99% of spam – and viruses, phishing and other email threats – before they reach your network
It has been tried and tested with over 30,000 customers in 110 countries who are already being protected by IMHS
And don’t forget that IMHS’ advanced content filtering also provides optional encryption of confidential information to ensure compliance and prevent data leakage.
This is really worth talking to Simon about; he uses this anti-spam himself and Wardour Security Networks come highly recommended themselves by local people in Grantham. This is an ideal solution for small businesses who use their own email server. Simon also has solutions for home users or businesses who don't have their own email server ranging from single user security solutions to small office home office (soho) solutions.
Check out Wardour Security Network's recommendations and then give Simon a call today to help you with all the spam!
