Did anyone else see the Heron at The Farrier roundabout today at about 10.30? And could this be the infamous Grantham Garden Gobbler?
I couldn't quite believe the surreal scene of this large bird (do they stand on one leg or is that storks?) calmly surveying the cars as they sped past into Grantham. Barely moving. I looped back just to check my eyes hadn't deceived me and he was still there - if I could have taken the roundabout one-handed, I would have had a photograph. Bless him, he did look a little out of place and he certainly was going to have to wait a long time for any passing fish!
Hi there, welcome to my blog site. I will try to bring you up to date with whats going on out there in Grantham and surrounding areas.
