We have recently restructured our pricing throughout most of our service to reflect the experience of the therapist – much like pricing has always been in the hair department. This means many services can now be experienced for a little less or a litte more depending on the experience of the therapist.

Now, I am sure you are wondering exactly how you can save at least 15% off all treatments and services we offer, right? Well, we made a conscious decision last year to reduce the amount of offers and vouchers we put out on email and in the local paper. We wanted to create something more rewarding, more long term and something that gave clients greater choice and flexibility.

The Solution

We came up with a three level VIP membership club which gives you free money each month and allows you to have 100% flexibility on what you spend the extra money on – effectively allowing you to pick and choose your own offers.

Example The Silver VIP is a £34 automatic monthly card payment. When this comes through, our reception team put £40 on your account to spend on anything. The money also roles over each month, so if you are away or busy, the money will never run out, only build up. The saving on treatments with the £6 free each month works out as a 15% saving on all service prices.

For example. a Cut & blow dry with a style director is £29, but if you are on the silver VIP, this would be costing you ONLY £24.65 – over a £fiver saved already.

Clients are enjoying using the VIP membership to save up for more expensive treatments, or for long pamper days every couple of months.
