Typical! A week of sunshine and a weekend of rain. Really affects the workers! Been a mixed seven days; from partying in the paddock to breaking down on the way to an appointment and being unable to claim on warranty. I have to however say a big thank you to Richard at Crystals Nissan http://www.thebestof.co.uk/grantham/46407/1/1/the_best_of.aspx who effectively and sensitively dealt with a distraught woman and the RAC who 'picked me up' so to speak on the A1.
And yet more roadworks in Grantham, now on the London Road. Neverthelesss one or two businesses are managing to show growth, one of which is Woodpeckers. Woodpeckers incidentally is really worth a visit. This shop has some wonderful gems and beautiful furniture at great prices. The outside is deceptive, you really to need to step inside and take a look.
